
Reaching Independence through Support Education
RISE was developed by the Drew Lewis Foundation, Missouri State University, and Drury University. The program focuses on increasing resilience and self-sufficiency.
RISE members begin with a 16-week educational program and continue with support for an additional 18 months. Weekly contact with peers and meetings with their Personal Development Coach help RISE member reach the 16 Keys of Stability.

Connections with job training and educational opportunities.
Housing resources and advocacy through a variety of programs.
Assistance enrolling in childcare programs and apply for subsidies.
Community connections, resources and referrals to build Social Capital.
Parenting skills through a variety of programs to meet parenting needs.
Assistance finding affordable healthcare and mental healthcare resources,

RISE Graduates:
Increase household income as much as $1,200 per month.
Increase food security.
Increase their credit score 120 pts.
