Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) celebrates 35
years of strengthening communities through education, advocacy, and
self-sufficiency. This milestone reflects CPSEMO's dedication to
reducing strain on resources, enhancing safety, and uplifting
individuals, children, and families across 14 direct-service counties
and 101 indirect-service counties.

This year, CPSEMO honors the legacy of its founder, Mary C. Kasten,
whose vision of compassion and community empowerment continues to
inspire. Her work fostered lasting positive change, and her memory
drives CPSEMO’s mission forward.
